At CAPCO, no phase of operation or administration is of greater importance than our safety policy which embodies the prevention of accidental injury, property damage and occupational illness.
Our policy is to provide and maintain safe and healthful jobsite workplaces and to follow operating practices that result in safe working conditions and efficient operation. Safety always takes precedence over expediency.
Every employee on our projects is obligated to conform to the requirements of the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act, as well as our own safety program. Now, with the advent of the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard, we also place emphasis on the dangers associated with various hazardous chemicals that may be in use on our jobsites.
But at CAPCO, safety is our number one priority not only in order to comply with applicable laws and regulations but because it’s the most efficient way to do business. We place safety above all else because it’s right.
We know that the result of our safety and health efforts will affect our overall success. Our goal is to achieve accident- and illness-free work with traditional CAPCO quality.
